Before you reserve

入住前須知

入住與退房Check-in & Check out

住房時間：下午三點至六點，退房時間：早上十一點前，如果需要提早或延後(最晚入住時間：21:00)，可以先告訴我們
Check-in From15:00 to 18:00, check out before 11:00. If you would like to advance or postpone the time, please inform us in advance. The latest check-in time is 21:00.

禁菸酒檳榔＆請勿攜帶寵物No-smokingNo alcoholProhibited to eat betel nutNo pets allowed

整棟建築內（房間、廁所、公共陽台）全面禁菸酒及檳榔，包含電子菸，不適合攜帶寵物入住，敬請配合
No-smoking in the building（including electronic cigarette）, No alcohol, and prohibited to eat betel nut, no pets allowed.

廚房未開放Staff only

為維護每位房客安全及住房品質，廚房不對外開放。二樓有公用冰箱（冷藏＆冷凍）、飲水機、咖啡茶包，可自行取用
Please note that guests do not have access to the kitchen. If you need any help, please let us know. We provide a public refrigerator (refrigerator & freezer), water dispenser, coffee and tea bags on the second floor, you can take it for free.

公共空間Public space

公共空間開放時間：10:00~23:00，將於每日 00:00 前進行清潔、整理（2021/05 暫時將一樓改為自用）
In order to maintain the space shared by each other, and avoid to disturb the other guests, we decided to: “Limit the time of public space:10:00~23:00, especially for gathering”, and we’ll clean the public space & trash at 00:00.（2021/05 1F temporarily closed）

訪客請勿過夜Visitors note

如果有訪客，請先告知，最晚訪客時間為：21:00，請勿留宿過夜
If you have visitors, please inform us first. The latest time is 21:00, please don’t stay overnight.

盥洗用具&打掃Toiletries & Clean

響應環保及個人衛生，請盡量自備盥洗用具（牙刷、牙膏、浴巾、毛巾），如果不方便攜帶，我們也有備用。為維護房客隱私及環保，續住無打掃換寢具備品的服務，如果需要補充沐浴乳、洗髮精，或發現需立即清理的髒污，請告知我們
For personal hygiene and environmental consideration, if it’s convenient, please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, and bath towels. We don’t provide the cleaning of your room and other services(no bed-making, no changing for sheets and towels,) from the 2nd night, for environmental consideration and guest’s privacy.

戶外專屬停車場，24小時監視錄影，需預留車位請先告知
24hours private parking under security surveillance, reservations required.

入內請脫鞋Take off your shoes

入內需脫鞋，我們有準備室內拖鞋，戶外設置有門鞋櫃
Take off your shoes before entering the door please. Indoor slippers and shoe cabinet are provided for you.

住房證件Identification

入住時請攜帶有效身分證件，個人資料之蒐集、處理及利用，受個資法規定，負有保密義務，不會對外揭露或為住宿目的範圍外之利用
All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in, all collect personal data be protected by law, not allow to public or used for the other purpose except check-in.

Cancellation Policies


取消訂房

預付訂金Deposit

訂金收取比例：平日假日寒暑假，訂金為總房價 50%（平日退訂，會另以總房價30%計算應收取金額），其餘金額於入住當天結清，春節過年期間，訂金為總房價 100%
Please prepay 50% deposit and square up the remaining balance when you check-in. Check-in date during the Chinese New Year period, please paid full payment.

入住改期Modify

如果需要修改入住日期，請至少七天前告知，將不加收延期費用，最多只能接受延期一次
If you have made your reservation and paid the deposit but wish to modify the check-in date, you may do so no later than 7 days before the check-in date by contacting us without being charged. Only one-time modification is allowed per order.

取消訂房Cancel

  • 春節過年期間，全額付款，取消訂房，訂金恕不退還，可保留訂金，並於一年內使用
    Check-in date during the Chinese New Year period, please paid full payment. All reservations payments are non-refundable. But you can choose to modify the check-in date, deferred the deposit for use within one year.
  • 以下退訂規則及比例，參照行政院發布之「個別旅客訂房定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」
    The following cancellation rules and refund rates have been in accordance with the law of the Executive Yuan.
  • 入住日前 14 天以上取消訂房，可全額退訂金
    If you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), the deposit will be refunded.
  • 入住日前 10 ~ 13 天取消訂房，可退 70% 訂金
    If you cancel your reservation 10 ~ 13 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 70% of your deposit.
  • 入住日前 7 ~ 9 天取消訂房，可退 50% 訂金
    If you cancel your reservation 7 ~ 9 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.
  • 入住日前 4 ~ 6 天取消訂房，可退 40% 訂金
    If you cancel your reservation 4 ~ 6 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 40% of your deposit.
  • 入住日前 3 天內取消訂房，訂金恕不退還，但可保留訂金，於一年內延期使用
    If you cancel your reservation within 3 days to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), all reservations payments are non-refundable. But you can choose to modify the check-in date, deferred the deposit for use within one year.
  • 入住日當天取消訂房，訂金恕不退還，若尚未付訂，請於當日補繳訂金：寒暑假＆連續假日為總房價 50%，平日為總房價 30%
    If you cancel your reservation on the check-in date, all reservations payments are non-refundable. If you have not paid the deposit, please pay the deposit that day. For Peak Season (February, July, August), you have to pay 50% for the total price. On the weekday, you have to pay 30% for the total price.
  • 如遇上颱風、天災等不可抗因素，以官方公佈為準，可全額退還訂金。若只是部分路段狀況、塞車、天氣預報下雨、炎熱、低溫，或報名的其它活動取消…等等個人行程考量，可提供延期，但不可退訂
    If the Nistay or the place of your departure is affected by typhoon or any other major natural disasters pursuant to the government or Nistay’s website announcement, you may contact us before your check-in date, you will receive the full refund of your deposit.
    If it is only part of the road condition, traffic jam, weather forecast, raining, hot or low temperature, or other activities be canceled, etc., you can choose to modify the check-in date, deferred the deposit for use within one year, but not refundable.
